Fovant is a small village on the A30, about 10 miles east of Shaftesbury and 12 miles West of
Salisbury. Our patients are mostly from Fovant and Dinton. In the past we have accepted patients
from much further afield, but as time has gone by we have tried to limit our area so that we can
maintain as high a quality of service as possible for the patients that we have. We are pleased
to accept new patients but exercise some discretion if our numbers are high. We give priority to
patients living in Fovant, Sutton Mandeville and Dinton, and relatives of existing patients. This
is an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty" that lies north of the Wiltshire South Downs and our
practice area straddles the course of the River Nadder, a chalk stream that runs eastwards from
Tisbury to join the Avon at Salisbury.
Becher's Brook Surgery is found in Fovant High Street, behind a long Beech hedge about 150 yards off the A30. There is a small car park.
